Account reset

The account can be reset by three different options. The most conveniant variant is accessing this site from the network socket in your room (Option 1). This is possible even without activated internet on your network socket.

By accessing this site from external (through mobile phone connection) you can use Option 2.

Option 1: Access from room

Required is:

  • Access to the email address from prior registration

By accessing this site from the network socket in your room, no additional information will be needed. A reset request will be sent to the email address which you used for registration.

Option 2: Plug network cable

Required is:

  • Access to this site from external (for example using a smartphone with mobile network connection and not using your or your neighbours wifi router)
  • Presence in your dorm room
  • Wohnplatznummer (from renting contract)
  • Personenkennzahl (from renting contract)
This option is not available on all network sockets, especially not in rooms with possible multiple usages (shared appartment).

Option 3: Renting contract data

Required is:

  • Wohnplatznummer (from renting contract)
  • Personenkennzahl (from renting contract)
  • Email address from prior registration
  • Access to email address from prio registration

This option can be used from all network access types.
